Rental of the meeting room

These prices do not include VAT.
Add an additional VAT of 19.60 percent.
Rental of the equipped room:
Our price includes:
A room equipped with conference table, leather chairs, Wipe-Board, markers, erasers and overhead projector.
Breakfast, telephone, and supplemental accessories are charged separately.

The attractive prices are described below. The price will not be adjusted according to the amount of people in attendance.
The price may be ajusted according to the amount of days reserved. 

• Minimum of one hour at the price of 85 € HT, according to the availability of our planning.
• Half day (6 hours maximum) at the price of 300 € HT.
• Morning from 7:00 to 13:00.
• Afternoon from 14:00 to 20:00
• One day (12 hours maximum) at the price of 550 € HT .
• For longer duration or alternative services:Ask us about, digressive prices according to particular needs.
• Possibilities of renting the space for the weekend.

Options :
Breakfast reception 6 € HT /per person (coffee, tea, pastry and orange juice)
Telephone services 0.15 € / U.T (Telephone, Fax, Internet)

Conditions of reservations and terms of service :
Reserve your space by sending us the application form accompanied by a check paid to the order of "Concepts et Stratégies." The check will be deposited only at the issue of the service and delivery of the invoice by mail.
