Conditions of reservations:

All our services must be paid for in advance and in their entirety (with the exception of breakfast and other various items) by check paid to the order of "Concepts et Stratégies" and deposited at the issuance of the services.
The various items include (Breakfast, U.T. and various accessories) which are to be paid with the receipt of the bill, presented to you at the presentation.

Modification of dates, cancellations :

The modification of program dates should occur no less then 10 days before the date of the presentation. Without advanced notice of cancellation, you will be held responsible to pay the remainder due.
In the case of cancellation of the rental, you will be charged a penalty in order to compensate for the cancellation if we are not notified of the cancellation 10 days before the date of the rental. In the contrary case, the amount paid will be reimbursed.

Responsibility :

Espace Turbigo cannot be held responsible for the following ; the trainees or any third party, any direct or indirect damage whatever its nature (including, on a nonrestrictive basis, the loss of earnings, loss of commercial profits and data...).

Sponsorship :

Each client sponsoring a new client will receive a reduction of 10% on the HT price of a future rental (not to include accessorize items).

Particular Clauses :

The client authorizes L'Espace Turbigo to consult organizations of credit and banks for information regarding financial status.
